Sleep Restriction and Decision Making

This study of the University Hospital Zurich investigates the effects of sleep depth during sleep restriction on decision making and cognitive performance.


Sleep restriction (5 hours sleep per night, during 7 days) will be conducted twice. Participants will be asked to perform behavioural tests. Sleep will be recorded and brain magnetic resonnance imaging conducted.

Participants will be compensated with at least 1'640 CHF for completing the study.
