Does the lockdown due to COVID-19 affect sleep in young children?

What are the consequences of the confinement on sleep regulation in early childhood, and potentially on health and development?

The Baby Sleep Laboratory (University of Fribourg and University of Zurich, Switzerland) elaborated a short survey to elucidate these important questions.

If you have children who are 6-year old or younger, take about 20 minutes of your time only and help science!

At the end of the study, children’s shirts, baby bodies, pyjamas and small toys will be raffled among the participants. The winners will be contacted by email.
